Highly Effective Human Service Supervisors Training

Highly Effective Human Service Supervisors Description: Research has shown that a transformational leadership approach leads to human service employees that are more committed and less likely to quit their jobs. The components of this leadership approach are reviewed as well as how supervisors can effectively incorporate them into their daily routines. Day two focuses on the 10 skills that every supervisor in the human services should focus on to continuously see high levels of performance from employees. See below for scheduled locations in:  Philadelphia, PA, Arlington, VA, Orlando, FL, Denver, CO, New York City, and Boston. $25 discount per person for 3-4 people and a $50 discount per person for parties of 5 or more.
